4. Participation and Safety Rules
Participants must follow guide instructions and respect local regulations.
Please inform us in advance of medical conditions, reduced mobility, or dietary needs.
We recommend appropriate travel insurance; coverage is not included unless stated.

We are responsible for services we provide directly with professional diligence.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or third-party services not integrated.
For "organized trips/package tours," rights under Decree-Law No. 17/2018 (transposing Directive (EU) 2015/2302) apply.

6. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
The right of withdrawal for distance contracts may not apply to leisure services with a specific date (Art. 17 of Directive 2011/83/EU / Decree-Law No. 24/2014).
